Monitor and analyze data to determine appropriate, resonant performance, and service metrics for customers
Initiate proactive approach in identifying recommendations to ensure acceptable service levels
Solve problems with speed and ensure internal and external customer needs are the highest priority in our day-to-day operations
Prepare, analyse, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for use of various key stakeholders, creating reports, visual dashboards, specifications, instructions, and flowcharts
Evaluate key performance indicators, provide ongoing reports, and recommend business plan updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in mathematics, finance, or other related field
Minimum 2 years data analytics experience
Highly proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with BI systems
Experience in applying analytics to make decisions
